The sound of the singing bowls touches our innermost soul and brings it into vibrations. The sound breaks tension, mobilises self healing forces, and sets free creative energies

What does a 60 minute sound therapy massage include?
1
The sound massage is 60 minutes long, whereas the sound massage itself accounts for approx 45 minutes. The other 15 minutes include the preliminary and concluding conversation, to support your sound journey as well as address any physical or emotional concerns.
Therapeutic singing bowls are placed on or close to your dressed body (within your aura) and tapped gently with a felt mallet. Whereby, the gentle vibrations and sounds created induce a feeling of relaxation and well-being. harmony and energy.
The therapeutic singing bowls are positioned and played on various parts of your body - first on the back of your body (approx. 25 minutes ) and than front of your body (approx 20 min) to allow the healing sound and vibrations of the therapeutic bowls to be absorbed by the body, mind and spirit.
Benefits
2
The sound frequencies activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest mode) allowing a deep state of relaxation, making it possible for you to let go and release stress, anxiety, worry, doubt and negative thought patterns. You are induced into a deep meditative state though sound and energy vibration, which enables you to become completely receptive to healing, even at a cellular level. In fact, you go into such a deep Alpha or even sometimes a Delta state within minutes , that would otherwise take years to accomplish through other practices.
